declage

I was reviewing a discussion from 2005 in which Bill Henn ask "Which is the best way to set the declage in the wing & stab of low wing scale models, positive in the wing & zero in the stab or the reverse or something in between? What about high wingers? Mid wingers?" Unfortunately for me, the discussion immediately became way to theoretical. How about revisiting this subject & trying to boil the theory down into some practical recommendations? Assume the wing & stab incidences, thrust line, etc. are all referenced to the fuselage center line. For many scale models the wing incidence must be built into the model & is not something we can easily experiment with during trimming, therefore it would seems to be important to know where to set it, by design.
For the indoor guys, I would also be interested in knowing your thoughts on this relative to duration models, too.
