Here is the email from the CD, Stan Sweet:
"The flyer is at
http://www.expodome.org/Free_Flight.htm and it is an expansion of the free flight opportunities provided at the e/xpo. When I talked with the free flight guys last year one comment was that they really enjoyed themselves but they were unable to use a 'full wind' and stay in their designated area. This gave me the idea of providing some time ( 4 hours ) when the free flight fliers would have the entire UNI Dome so they could 'full wind'.
Note that the 'full wind' time is in addition to the e/xpo time where free flight occurs from 9AM until 6PM on Saturday and 9AM until 5PM on Sunday. All told there is 21 hours of flying time available.
I received a sanction for all of the free flight events however I do not have anything organized at this point. I would greatly appreciate suggestions if there are things I should be providing other than a huge venue for the four hours of exclusive free flight time.

I think "Full Wind" means full winds in rubber, not breezy. :) I've never been there, so I don't know anything about the fans. Maybe if enough of us attend, they would add more hours?
