Re: Glue Bottles and Balsa Stripper
I just received my bottle/striper combo, too. Placing the flat face
of the stripper on a table top when tightening the bolt will align
the parts so that the plastic face doesn't twist. I always had a hard
time with gauged stippers so I saved a bunch of strips of various
sizes to use as measuring blocks, some I even made of bass wood and
kept the wholeworks in a little cardboard box in my tool chest.
I like the idea of the shrink tube for the glue bottle; maybe I'll
put a bead in the loop before I put the shrink tube on.
