2010 European Events?

Hi all



I am new to the list – HI! I have flown indoor scale (peanut,
pistachio, dime etc) and duration (F1L and F1D – a little) for many
years.



I am hoping to be travelling in Europe for a couple of weeks next year,
sometime between May and August, and would love to be able to fly at an
event while I am there. Is there a website with updated event info, or
some key contacts I could approach?



In the Czech Republic there is Teplice for indoor scale
(tentative/unofficial dates 25/26 June) and Openscale (outdoor) in Brno
usually at the end of May. I have contacts for these.



I am also aware of the F1D World Champs in Belgrade. I am perhaps not
ready for that...



I have just completed my second F1D. My first was built 15 years ago and
was the old 65cm/microfilm/fully-rigged style. My new one was built so I
could learn a little about the 55cm/unbraced/plastic-covered style. It
floats around the living room very nicely, and I can't wait to get
to our next indoor meeting with it. But I suspect I am some way off
being ready for a W/Champs event... J



I have certainly heard of many European events over the years in France,
Italy, Germany – but often reports after the event rather than
upcoming contests. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd
be very grateful.
