Based on last years trials the dimensions and min weight are a little different than the original poster mentioned, but some states are still using last years rules.

Suggestions to improve welcome, if contentious probably better handled off list, e-mail me directly. No promises to incorporate suggestions of course, SO purposes being different than AMA, but I'll certainly listen.
