Hi Tapio,
I've used one of these for the last 9 months or so and its really quite good at the price - I just stretched the spring a little so it was still in tension but doesn't now crush anything. I also put a bit of silicone grease on the internal sliding parts and that makes everyhting smoother too. You can then use your thumb to further control pressure.
