Alan, so sorry for you(*)! You know, a funny thing, another friend from
free flight, he was from sweden, had a similar accident to happen. Also
his bag with a passport in it was stolen, and also that happened in UK!
Actually, he even used precisely the same words as you did!
When I later discussed with him in swedish, his language was even worse
than my swedish is, just as if it was machine-translated. Must be due to
the stress I think.
Unfortunately I have no extra money to send you, but my sympathy is on
your side.
