Sorry to all.
Thanks Mark - I screwed up and selected all in my address book - I was apalled when it arrived back to me under the indoor list mailing. I recently lost my hard drive and am still trying to recreate things.
I have been a preacher for regular backups and in my wisdom the newest backup data I have is dated 2005.
I'm hoping I can find someone to recover the data on the drive but so far nothing,
