If you could find a nice flying site that was relatively easy to get
to, with reasonably priced local housing and some guarentee that the
event could continue, then moving USIC in either time and space would
be good. I suspect that this would be difficult to do. Oh, and it
needs to be on a non-military facility so that our friends who are not
US citizens can have access.
Trying to find a site for local flying can be difficult given these
sorts of restrictions.
