I already know the standard answer....but I have to keep bringing this up, namely the fact that the USIC is held before the school year is over. Typically USIC is a week or two just before summer starts, during finals.
If you want ANY juniors and seniors it ain't gonna happen,.... and how about their dads, it is difficult or impossible to leave family behind to go fly ...... OTOH, with a different date, USIC could be an early summer trip for the "guys" or a family thing to enjoy the mountains of TN.
