Hi-Float promises to make latex balloons last for weeks instead of hours. Sounds perfect for multi-day contest needs, like USIC

I tried this product a bunch of years ago, and decided it was too heavy. But the descriptions on the website, including the new versions, make me think I might not have let it dry long enough.

I'm going to give it another shot.
