Bill, just FYI the fee was put in place three years ago.

The fee breaks down like this:

230.00 FAI/NAA homologation fees

20.00 AMA processing fee

 

Since they were put in place prior to me working here I don't know the exact reason. It has definitely cut down on the number of attempts.
