I plan to fly A-6 and tested mine this week. I was disappointed with the quality of the AMA forms also.

Has anyone heard about whether A-6 will be flown at USIC? This may have
already been pointed out but the A-6 rules are shown on the information
sheet but not on the entry form or schedule.
It's really a shame that the entry form was so screwed up. With all the
crying that AMA does about losing money on USIC it almost makes you
think they are trying to kill it off when something like this happens.
