need for it to be a regional :)

Hey Eric, all you gotta do is get something together to qualify. Then
you've got until Labor Day to build planes for the finals!

Larry, there's a team selection program registration form that I'm
pretty sure the AMA needs before the regional. It ought to be on the
website.
