Hi Tony,

This is a very good suggestion, a single documents has many advantages.
I agree the entry forms etc are probably not going to change, but maybe with the CD and AMA's permission we can make some kind of announcement or make something public that some of the events that were not included will be held.  I assume some nominal fee would be charged, probably no trophies, just bragging rights and time slots for when they can fly.  This does a few things, one is it encourages more flying,(hopefully more contestants), it brings in a few more bucks, and it makes things offical so contestants can feel proud of their accomplishments.
    Just a thought.

Cheers,

Kurt

All -

I've made a folder and inserted a blank document here -
http://groups. yahoo.com/ group/Indoor_ Construction/ files/USIC% 202009%
20-%20Working% 20File%20/

Interested parties should go in, add their comments and suggestions
to Van for USIC 2009. Try to keep it neat and organized, and one of
use will clean the final doc and send to Van.

Having assisted John and Romash the last three years, I can tell you
that it is probably too late to change any of the AMA's forms which
are sent to the ED for proofing well in advance (obvisouly, the
Kagan/Romash/ Pavel triumvirate were not involved in the review this
year).

I dont want to lawyer-ball this, but I think the best chance of
having poeples concerns addressed is to have an organized document
that becomes part of the paper record. Sullivan should be copied.

Regards,

Tony
