how can I find Ron Williams "Yeloise" plan? I seen these model's pictures but I can't find plans.

I had never seen any model as fascinating as the photo of "Yeloise" on the
cover of the October 1977 issue of Model Builder (Vol. 7, #70) & still love
it! It is the only magazine cover I have ever saved, even though I was flying RC
at the time & never flew free flight until about 2000.
