We are using a 7.5" IKARA that was cut down from a 9.5". It flares
quite a bit. We are using .083 rubber at .5 torque on a Harlan meter
and getting just at 3 minutes in a 23' site without bumping the ceiling
too much. Here are the rules for the airframe:
40.0 cm wingspan
No max on the wingchord
20.0 cm stab span
6.0 cm stab chord
20.0 cm prop (commercial plastic)
7.0 gram min weight
1.5 gram motor
