F1M 19+ listing

I've updated this file to show Aki's World Record submission and also a
flight that I was previously unaware of - Bernie Hunt's 22:50 at the UK
Nationals in 2002. Needless to say this sets a pretty high mark to
shoot for in F1M. I think 22 is probably doable for either Aki or
myself. 22:50 is another thing altogether! I had 100 turns remaining in
my 21:49 flight at Lakehurst and was averaging 96 RPM's so I guess it's
possible but just barely.
