I wrote about enlarging small three view drawings to plan size recently &
received a several replies. Now, I have received the current issue of the
"Tailspin" newsletter (New England Flying Aces News) which has a "Dime Scale"
Caudron C.714 plan & a small three view of the same plane. Something didn't look
right to me, so I enlarged the three view to 16" wing span. Sure enough the
wing cord on the plan has been substantially increased! I am beginning to think
this is a much more frequent practice than I previously believed. I would be
interested in hearing mor input on this subject, especially from others
receiving this newsletter.
