carbon tow supplier

Hi guys, just found this carbon tow supplier what are his prices like
compared to the people that you guys might use?

I wanted to know what thickness should the tow be to use on indoor
duration models? (gliders etc)

I have started an indoor catapult lauch glider that uses a built up
wing. will post some pics of it soon.
