Nice letter, Jim. You ought to send it to Dave Brown, too.

I don't know Bob Brown personally, but I'm suspicious of his
commitment. After all the letters I sent him, the one and only
response I received back was:

"John,

Thanks for your input.

Why weren't more juniors involved in the team selection process?

Dave Brown, on the other hand, wrote me a long, thought out
response. And I actually see where Dave is coming from. I just
believe that he is placing too much priority on keeping the team
selection processes as simple as possible, and too little priority on
selecting a complete team.
