Ciapala rubber stripper

I recall seeing instructions on how to order a rubber stripper from
Ciapala (sp?), Poland, on some bulletin board, but cannot locate that for
now. Anyone have pointers? Does mr. Liem still sell those units? A friend
of mine is in search for a cutter...
