Certainly in No-Cal the wing loading is one of the
first things to consider if the, very necessary, change in rules is to be
successful.

You are absolutely correct that some type of wing loading rule is the
answer. Otherwise the Hoslers will continue to dominate. And one-design
domination is never good for the health of an event.

The problem with all this is that No-Cal scale is an FAC event! To do any
official rule changes to No-Cal FAC GHQ would need to be involved.
