KibbeeDome event

Hi All,

For those of you that will be at the Kibbee Dome and are planning to
fly in the S.O. event, Andrew has asked me to post a clarification.
After the question was raised, he will now allow either a 20% bonus
for pusher models or a 30% bonus for canard models, but not for both
on the same model (you can only count one if the model is both styles).

Also, the contest dates published in INAV for the Kibbee Dome meet
are slightly off. It starts on Sunday the 6th and runs for five days
through the 10th.
