I understand that the rates for shipping to Europe (incl. UK) have
risen sharply and that consolidators are assembling shipments to help
control costs. I haven't looked into that yet - I'm still moving
boxes of books around from the printer's shipment. When I learn more
I'll post what I've learned and I'll post the question on the book
blog.
