These are Tim's word to me.
Ambroid shrinks more that some of the other glues so it responds very well
to plasticizer. I add about 6 - 7 drops of both TCP and DOP to 1/4 oz of
Ambroid and then dilute to strength as needed. I find that for motor sticks
I get the best results by painting both edges of the seam with plasticized
Ambroid that is diluted about 3 to 1 with acetone. I let that dry then I
press the seem together and activate the joint with Ambroid diluted about 6
to 1 or even a little more. Your mileage may vary.
