I cheat, have a program that gives me a template for "simplex" airfoil,
just print the camber I want, glue it to a bit of 2 x 4 and bandsaw the
outline.

Yeah, I've mad single layer as well a lamina, but the lamina is stronger
for the "kiddy builds" and I don't mind the weight.
