Most people make PP blades out of wider c-grain with the grain running
parallel to the spar. If you're going to use 1 1/8" wide wood then you
need to glue together shorter pieces with the grain running at an angle
to the spar. Look for the Hobby Shopper EZB article for info on how to
do this. If anyone can't find it I'll send you a copy.
