Prop Pitch

I am confused - I made one of the Paul Bradley pitch gauges and want to
use it for setting pitch on a 7" Mini-Stick prop. I made it using the
printout full size as printed.

I have a table that gives distances for props and use it for my LPP props
on a larger pitch gauge but, of course, the distances are much greater
and the pitches seemingly in a different relationship. Are the numbers
of the pitch related to the overall length of the prop ? A MiniStick
plan I have calls for an 11" pitch, would that be the 11 on the Bradley
gauge ?

I'm so confused !
