Mark, try the Tangent offset method. Measure a straght line mart of 0" and 10" 90 deg to that line _at_ 10"
using a engr. scale measure .052407779 ( rounded of .052) that is 3 deg. or use a Protractor to
measure it. Note: using a the 20 scale it is easier to measure the .052
