I use rectangular spars which are rounded off where they plug into the tubes with no boron. This helps prop flare to go with VP. It worked pretty well for me at the European Championships this year.

I abandoned using boron on prop spars some time ago.

I want to use tissue tubes on props for my F1D. So round spars.

What size is everyone using? How many use boron? Two or three boron?

If you use boron, I assume you have to adjust the size of the spar/tube
  to accomidate.

  Thanks
