I build the twist into my outlines, Schram forms his flat and builds
the twist in when putting in the ribs, as I understand (like the boron
outlines...)

I don't know for sure who was the artist... It was a reworked version
of the cover of #85, September 1995, which was in the Gardner era...
If anyone knows for sure.....

The archive articles were most probably Tenny articles... But that is
something that probably isn't known for sure...
