Hi John,
The inscriptions on the winder:
Front- Oakland Cloud Dusters
Back- Joe Bilgri
            First World Champion
                 FAI-F1D
                    1962

The winder is 20:1 possibly being one of the smoothest winders around with a small flow of lubrication at the winding mechanism. It does have a lock and the winder hook looks like its a little less than 1/16" in diameter.

P.S.- Does anyone know about who was asking for winning indoor plans during 07' to put in the INAV?
