  Monoplane
  Plane minimum mass 7 g

  Motor maximum mass 2 g

  At State tournaments 20% bonus for pusher
  At National tournament 30% bonus for canard

  Twists: At least one vertical surface must be covered in opaque, non-
  white material.
  Clarifications about check-in of motors and logs.
