INAV's mailing was delayed - it went to the post office this
morning, apologies for the delay. We tried a new printer, which
ultimately required envelopes (you'll see from the editorial we were
trying to avoid this), and we had some glitches with our new web
based postage. Apologies for the delay, we are working through the
growing pains of modernizing and streamlining the newsletter. I
think the next issue should go much smoother.
