Dear Chris:
I understand the official 2008 SciOly rule books will be distributed
to coaches and schools, nationwide, in the middle of September, by the
SciOly national organization. Until then, only the directors know for
sure what the new rules are for 2008. The tentative 2008 rules for
the various events were apparently distributed at the Phoenix coaches
clinic this past July, but the attendees apparently kept them secret,
as is usually the case.
