I totally agree! I really want to go to Lakehurst but the dates are always
wrong.

In general the indoor community does a really crappy job of coordinating
dates.

In this year's case Kibbie and Lakehurst are on consecutive weekends! And
most of the major regional indoor meets like Kent, MWC, Colorado Springs,
Atlanta are in March and April.

For Lakehurst I would think a big two day event in October would garner a
lot of participation. You should also try to avoid the six largest
traditional outdoor dates:
1st week of August -- NATS
Labor Day Weekend -- Rocky Mt Champs/Denver
Memorial Day Weekend -- USFFC Lost Hills
MLK Weekend (January 15th or so) -- SW Regionals, Eloy, AZ
President's Day (3rd in Feb) weekend -- MaxMen Lost Hills
Last Weekend of each calendar year -- King Orange, FL.
