joanne fabrics carries a needle tipped bottle similar to some glue
bottles I've seen, and McMaster Carr carries leur taper topped ldpe
bottles and tips.
PLASTIC DISPENSING BOTTLES
  For precise, single-drop dispensing, the cap on these polypropylene
squeeze bottles can be used with needles that have a Luer Lock hub. The
needle slips into the tip of the cap. Use with disposable and reusable

look at syringes and dispensing needles too...


McMaster has the most easily searchable web site on the planet, imho...
find anything in a 4000 page catalog in minutes, even on a slow connection.

Tractor Supply (TSC.com) and other farm stores carry syringes and
needles for very very cheap...
