I have been around Duco for abbout seventy years. Early on it smelled like
cammphor. and had minimal shrink. about forty years ago it did cause
warps. At that time we used castor oil as plasticizer. tThe dioctyl
Phlalate. triocyl phlalate aand others have been recomended. A few
tearsback INAV published some pictures of untreatre glue on thin wood.
Ambroid curled the wood. Duco some what less. Remember that all of the
platiciers evaporate after a whhile Hack
