Thanks Mr. Gowen

My model had tip plates on the wing (I am a big fan of tip plates) but
had none on the stab and was about 26 inches long. The prop was
pitched fairly high, and I used some .080 10/97. I flew a 3:44 to win
which was much much lower then expected as I did a 3:38 in 24 feet to
win state. (nats was about 35ft)
