Mike, Kurt's answer was right on except that it's a tissue covered
"rubber" model (Kurt had a typo in his). It is capable of flights in the
2 minute area with decent rubber as specified on the plans. It's a
pretty easy model to construct and if you're interested it was published
in the November 1999 Model Aviation on page 68. You can search the Model
Aviation archives on the AMA web site and get a copy of the entire
article, including plans. There was also a later article by Chuck Markos
on the Double Whammy Pennyplane where he improved the original for use in
the Limited Pennyplane event.
