Between the AMA and the FAI sites you can find the specifications for
the various duration classes. As has been said LPP is limited penny
plane. Here are a few more spec's.
Wing span: max 18 inches
wing chord: max 5 inches
stap span: max 12 inches
stab chord: max 4 inches
prop dia: 12 inches
model length: maximum 20 inches
motor stick: max 10 inches between front of thrust bearing and rear
hook, must be solid wood and unbraced.
No "gadgets", so VP or VD props, gears, linkages for movable surfaces,
timers, etc.
