You can do whatever you wish with the spread sheet but remember to give Mike Thomas credit for the formula and be careful what you do with the formula cell as a small change will skew the data a lot. The reason for the 5 tests on one page is to allow a printout that I could publish on my web site. The idea of the whole thing is to automate the testing and to eliminate the writing down of data while testing, but if you are more comfortable with pen and paper it will work that way.
I corrected the missing formula in the unwind cell on both spread sheets, and as to you needing instructions I noticed that the instructions are on the Rubber page above the links. I did not remember what was there, but you were the first person that had trouble with it in about 6 or 7 years it was available so I am not sure what happened to the formula in that cell.
