I agree. This stuff doesn't lift anything. Also, I've had the AMA
racer bit or worse, occur here in the Sacramento Regional (more than
once). I'm really pleased that the rules have been changed to allow
everyone who shows up to at least fly whatever they brought (1.5
seconds sometimes). The penalties take care of infractions and
everyone goes home happy. In the past, fragile egos have neared the
tear stage when they had to be D.Q'd with no flight. I do wish
though, that they or their coaches would take a look at the rules
once in a while.
