You got my brain working just enough to solve my problem. I modified an
old camera tripod and a piece of tubing from a drum stand to do the
job. I drilled and tapped 2 holes in the platform of the tripod to take
the winder mounting clip. The piece of steel tubibg bolts on with the
screw that normally holds the camera. I had to make the lower leg
sections of the tripod removable in order to get it in the travel box.
As our favorite president says:
"Mission accomplished"!
