RFI - Winding stooge

I'm flying to a contest for the first time in a couple of weeks and
need to build a portable winding stooge. My normal setup bolts to the
work table that I use. Now I need one that will attach to a generic
table top. Can anyone post a description or photos of their setup? I
will create a photo album called Winding Stooges for any photos you
want to post.
