Wing with airfoil and elliptical dihedral is curved in two directions,
like a "saddle-surface". Film is rigid and does not turn onto such
surface. I think that the only way to cover such wing is to fold the film
onto itself at every wing rib, the same way that you do for the dihedral
breaks on an ordinary wing.
