Publishing a book.

Slightly off topic, but I think it's useful.

It used to be really difficult to get a book printed. Most places
require a minimum run and you need to pay for the initial print
run, if not up front, then upon delivery. This means you need to make
an investment, not only in time, but in money.

Enter technology and the Internet. There are now services like
http://www.lulu.com that provide "publishing on demand". You give them
the electronic "master" and when someone orders a book, their high
speed machinery, prints the book, does the binding. Someone then
packages and mails the book to your reader. They have a fixed charge
for the book (usually per page plus binding/postage/handling), you set
the selling price. Your customer pays them, and they pass on what's
left after the fees. You don't get rich, but your investment isn't
that high. The result from Lulu is pretty nice.

This may be a way to publish bound INAV.

I've thought about using such a service to create the "New" Building
and Flying Indoor Model Airplanes, or something similar.
