Hi, Marty-Yes, the inside end of the stab is bent up 30 degrees from
horizontal and that portion is 1 3/4" long. One thing about this is
that it's just barely enough "rudder"and I get a little Dutch rocking
occasionally.

As for the OPP rudder, it is 6 sq." and it works just fine.

Incidentally- Thanks again for your help in timing the record flight.
