Dave, failure to climb at launch is not necessarily a bad thing -
specially in a low ceiling. If it doesn't fly into the floor and, after
unloading the startup torque, climbs out you have a pretty good setup.
However if it goes into the ground on high torque launches you need to
back off a few turns until that is minimized to the point of leaving a
reasonable safety margin prior to the climb-out. Of course, as I said
earlier, a stronger motor stick would tend to minimize this effect.
